How do I return an item?

Due to the custom nature of all items sold in our store, we do not allow returns. If your item arrives defective, or if you have an issue with something you purchased, please contact us at - info@MyCustomXbox.com .

We take all comments seriously and want to make sure you are completely satisfied!  If you feel there is something that has not been explained in enough detail, please let us know and we will do everything we can to help you get the information you will need to finish your project with our supplies.

All controller sales are final.  We take great pride in our work and if there is an issue, please contact us at - info@MyCustomXbox.com to let us know what is wrong.  Our entire team wants you to be happy and pleased with your controller purchase.  Please realize that all controller customization is done by hand.  We strive to make our work perfect, but slight issues due arise.  If there is slight overspray or other small issues, we apologize.  We try to send out the best products continuously.
